Prentice Cooper State Forest and Wildlife Management Area will be holding managed deer hunts on the dates listed below. The area west of Highway 27 (Suck Creek Road) will be closed to visitors except hunters on these dates. This includes Tennessee Wall and the T-Wall parking/camping area. The area east of Highway 27 including Edwards Point will remain open to the public during these hunts.

Also during bow hunting season which is most of the fall climbers/hikers should not be on the trails before 10 AM.
